Hello, hello! It's been a minute since I last posted, and I'm so sad about missing so many days of blogging, but I'm back! I have some exciting news to share with you too! Recently, I became a Campus Ambassador at Arizona State for The Strong Movement. I seriously love this company! I've had the opportunity to get to know Ailis Garcia, who after gaining the "Freshman Fifteen" began taking her health more seriously, and eventually has her "ah-ha moment" after training her friends at the gym. Now, she has begun organically grown her business and focuses reaching out to young ladies in college. I feel so excited to share this with you because unlike any other fitness and meal plan program, The Strong Movement focuses on a positive self-image while maintaining a healthy and wholesome lifestyle.
